Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your new bicycle and gear to you as quickly as possible. Here you will find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and tracking your order.

1. Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days): Our most economical option for non-urgent orders. Perfect for accessories, parts, and smaller items.

Express Shipping (2 to 3 business days): Need your gear faster? Express shipping gets your order to you in just a few days.

Next Day Delivery (1 business day): Available for orders placed before 12pm local time on business days. Subject to availability in your area.

White Glove Delivery for Bicycles: Complete bicycles are shipped via our specialized carrier service. Your bike arrives fully assembled and ready to ride. A delivery specialist will schedule a convenient time and can answer any questions during setup.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Bicycle Shipping: All complete bicycles ship free with our White Glove Delivery service to addresses in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional shipping charges.

International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view the status of your orders at any time.

For White Glove bicycle deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment. You will receive updates via email and phone as your bicycle makes its way to you.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following locations:

United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.

Canada: All provinces and territories.

Europe: Select countries including the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, and Belgium. Contact us for availability in other European countries.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for bicycle orders. Accessories and parts can be shipped to PO Boxes within the continental US.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured against loss and damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product before disposing of anything. This helps us process your claim quickly and get a replacement or refund to you as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate lost packages and will either reship your order or issue a full refund once the claim is resolved.
